    Facilitate a ‘Good Catch’ Program

Employee Portal submissions can be used to reward and recognize employees for sharing safety ideas and reporting hazards and near misses.

Whether an employee is awarded with a special parking space for the “catch of the month”, McDonald’s gift card or simple shout out at the next team meeting, encouraging your employees to say something when they see something is the best way to eliminate hazards before someone gets hurt.
