Pricing FAQ

What is a user?

  • Someone you have invited to access your Safety 101 account as one of the four types of users: Administrator, Organization Safety Leader, Safety Team Member or Auditing/Maintenance.  NOTE: Since the web-based Employee Kiosk is a separate web application from Safety 101, an employee cannot access your Safety 101 account from the Kiosk.

Is there a setup fee?

  • No.

Is there an annual maintenance fee?

  • No.

How do I get started?

  • Call customer service at (616) 228-9440.  Setup will take about 30 minutes.

How much will it cost if my account uses more than 10 gigabytes of data?

  • You will be charged an additional $5 per month for each additional 10 GB’s of data used.  For example, if you use 17 gigabytes, you will be charged an additional $5 per month.

I have 40 users and one work location. What will Safety 101 cost me per month?

  • $150 per month.

I have 3 work locations with around 20 users at each location. I would like to limit each user’s access to their work location. How many accounts do I need?

  • You will need 3 accounts. Each account will cost $75 per month. Your total cost will be $225 per month (billed annually).

I will have 2 users but I want all my employees to use the Kiosk, which account do I purchase?

  • You will purchase one $25 per month account for up to 2 users. Each account includes an unlimited number of Kiosk-only users.

I want the Kiosk to be accessible from every plant floor computer and a tablet in the break room, how many devices can access my organization’s Kiosk?

  • An unlimited number of devices (computer, tablet or phone).

Once I purchase an account, what kind of support is provided?

  • We provide unlimited start-up and ongoing support.
